Terms and Conditions

  • We do not assume responsibility for any items that are damaged or broken during cleaning. We understand the importance of personal belongings, and our team is trained to work diligently and cautiously.

Cleaning Time Frames

Cleanings will be staffed according to the size of your home. Each cleaning will be allotted an appropriate time limit determined by the size of your home and style of cleaning. Deep cleanings will take a maximum of eight hours. Perfect Maintenance cleanings will take a maximum of 5 hours. Any home requiring more time than allotted may be scheduled for another day and will be charged accordingly. Noble Mercy will notify you if your home is requiring more than the allotted time. 

  • For safety purposes we ask that clients are not home during the cleaning. 

  • For the safety of our cleaning crew, Noble Mercy Cleaning Co.  reserves the right cancel services and reschedule for a time where inclement weather is not a factor. 

  • All quotes and calculations are subject to a quote from the owners. We take into consideration the square footage, time spent, pets, and debris within the home. 

  • Cancelation requires rescheduling within 48 hours. Cancellation will require a fee of up to 50% of the original cleaning fee.

  • Your pets are members of your family and we respect that. However, we require that they be placed in areas that are not being cleaned. We do not pick up pet droppings. (This includes cleaning of litter boxes and dog kennels.)

  • Personal items will not be touched or moved during your cleaning. It is important to make sure the spaces that are to be cleaned are clear of all personal items. Any items left on counters or floors will be cleaned around. This includes dishes left in sink or around home.

  • We are not a carpet cleaning company and do not remove stains from carpet. We also do not offer shampooing and steaming services. Only vacuuming.

  • We do not clean mold, bodily fluids or feces. This ensures the safety of our employees and compliance with health regulations.

  • We service areas of Oldham County and most areas in Louisville. Certain zip codes may be subject to a travel fee

  • We are not an organizing company. We respectfully ask that all areas you wished to be cleaned remain free from clutter as possible. We do not want you to feel that you must clean before we clean. But we want to do the best job possible. Thus, spending our time cleaning up toys, laundry, and dishes would not be efficient use of our cleaning service time.

  • 24 Hour Warranty. If you’re ever dissatisfied with a specific part your services, just give us a call and we will work with you to resolve the issue within 24 hours. 

  • Please advise of any broken, damaged, or items within home that are not working properly before cleanings. (sink faucets, door knobs, light switches, etc
